Prospect Researcher & Database Specialist
Covenant Foundation is seeking a Prospect Researcher & Database Specialist to join its growing team. The Prospect Researcher & Database Specialist will be responsible for assisting with prospect research as well as overseeing the management of our database. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape and expand our organization's philanthropic efforts.
The main focus of this position will be identifying and evaluating wealth indicators, managing donor data in the Raiser's Edge system, and providing invaluable support to all departments through data analysis and reporting. This role also supports all departments through regular data analysis, reporting, internal and external prospecting, and project-specific data pulls. The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional customer service, confidentiality, fundraising knowledge, independence, and a minimum of two years of experience in efficient and accurate database management and proficiency in Raiser's Edge or a similar donation database system.

Annual Giving and Stewardship Coordinator
Covenant Foundation is seeking an experienced professional to join the team and make an impact with opportunities for personal and professional growth. This role will require an individual who has strong relationship-building skills, experience in donor acquisition, and the ability to engage with donors in a variety of settings. As the Annual Giving & Stewardship Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role under the guidance of the Director of Annual Giving and Stewardship, leading and supporting the implementation of our annual giving and stewardship initiatives.
